"this website cannot be reached" After or before login in
Hey,
Here's what I do :
- update the device
- reset it
- Scan QR-Code
- Connect to Wi-Fi (iPhone connection share, 5G)
- wait a lot
- Once it opens google chrome to log it with the user account, the page simple doesn't load, OR it load, I connect the account then the webpage become unreachable. (portal.manage.microsoft.com)
Any Idea ? sometimes it works back when i disconnect my iPhone and reconnect it, but sometimes not.

- Connecting to another (home) Wi-Fi network does work? Seems like a DNS thing according to the browser message
Harm_Veenstra It didn't work, I tried 3 differents Wi-Fi
- One from our company which has a firewall but all theses DNS are whitelisted : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/fundamentals/intune-endpoints
- One shared connection from my iPhone
- I even tried to bring the phone home to test with my personnal Wi-Fi
It usually works after waiting 5-10 min and reloading the page 1000 times.
- No Conditional Access logs during deployment?
