SharePoint - Automatically Sync SharePoint Sites users previously had

We want to have Sharepoint sites automatically resynced to the file explorer when a user's PC is reset or they have a new PC.

There is an administrative template, but the URL has to be pre-noted but we have a lot of sharepoint sites that certain users only have access to.

Is there a way for Sharepoint sites to resync on their own when a PC is enrolled based on what the user used to have? We do have OneDrive sync enabled on the PCs but we just need the folders to automatically appear in file explorer.
