Samsung Galaxy F54 5G Android 14

Hello Team,
 
I'm unable to enroll Intune company portal for Samsung Galaxy F54 5G device Android 14.Getting error "cant add work profile".Removed work related accounts from settings>>accounts and also remove google accounts but still same error.
 
Can you please guide how to proceed further.

    on 13 i have had this problem also, remove all accounts, and then try again. makes installign the company portal app tricky on a device with no play-store accounts, worth a try, else rest the device settings and try again.

      Hi,

      Thank you for the response.

      Apart from reset is there any other option to enroll?Also,is there any other path apart from setting>>passwords & accounts from where we can remove work profile accounts?

      How can we get you know if its OS issue?Even,one of my friend using Nothing phone(2) with Android 14 OS has issue with enrolment.
