- May 08, 2024Correct. You can only have 1 corporate account, at least for now. As for the work account locking setting, it is normally configured using an APP configuration setting.

Does the CA policy require device compliance and\or APP from Intune? Sounds to me that your organization may have only allowed the use of work account in Outlook.

- TwrriglesworthMay 08, 2024Copper ContributorI had a look in my test Intune portal and the only thing I could find that would impact the device in this way is a compliancy policy setting 'Unable to set up email on the device'
Do you know what setting it would be if it was an APP? I had a look over those and couldn't see a setting that would impact it.
