I believe there is a tool from MS that can help troubleshoot and cleanup, but can't remember the name.

Can you try to check if the MSI is in this folder?
C:\WINDOWS\Installer
Yes here Imitat exactly this version unfortunately no longer available is the folder once automatically emptied?
- I am not sure if it's automatically emptied.
Have you looked under the Intune Management Extension, I am a bit afraid that this might be emptied as well.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Intune Management Extension\Content
Lastly, have you checked on multiple devices? You could be lucky that it is on another device.
