Question about App Protection Policy "Compliance state"

Hi,

I am trying to understand something about the compliance state when accessing the Monitor => App Protection status blade.

One of the columns is "Compliance state", and for a same user I get both "Compliant" and "Non compliant", sometimes for the same app.

Here are screenshots for a specific user, using a single mobile device:

I am not sure about understanding the compliance column, on the documentation it says "The app meets compliance if it is targeted with MAM policy".

1) Can someone explain to me some details about how this column works ? If for example the policy is not targeting user's groups (and thus does not apply to the app), it would reflect as "Not compliant" right ?

2) Why for example there are two "Microsoft Teams" lines, with one being compliant and not the other one, for the same user & same device ? Am I missing something else such as a parameter ?
