Outlook Work app widget

Widgets in Android Enterprise personally owned devices with a work profile work as expected. If you check your widgets section there should be 2 outlook widgets 1 of them will have a briefcase icon next to outlook icon . This is how you differentiate them . There are 2 widgets available for either personal or work profile 1 for emails and 1 for calendar. If you cannot find Outlook app in the widget list at all maybe you do not have an intune related problem but a device problem since outlook should be there even for the personal profile at least. Are the devices OS amd outlook apps updated ?
