Options greyed out in Developer Options by Intune

The same issue is in my Company.
I think we've already tried every available setting.
All of our Devices are Corporate-owned, fully managed user devices, and that functionality is necessary only for a few Devices but is needed.
We use Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment and Zero-touch Enrollment and on both enrollments the same problem.
Also, we've noticed the same issue on iOS Devices.
In device restrictions, the maximum number of minutes after the screen lock before the password is required is 4 hours.
Unfortunately, until we find the solution we can't manage some Devices in our Company
