Not Evaluated - Delay
Hello All, Anyone else experiencing a delay after enrolling Android devices? Past few days, devices are taking hours to progress past Not Evaluated. Thanks

It's a real odd one, existing setups for Android are working fine , but any new setup's all the devices are not evaluating.
This is day two of comparing setups , which aren't complex but still Android devices are not enrolling with any new profile.
Was enrolling some Windows 11 laptops this morning with Autopilot , new setup and one device went straight through as being compliant but the second one took a couple of hours.
Very odd.

I guess checking logs or opening a ticket at Microsoft Support might help... Firewall/Internet access is ok? Does it work at home, for example?

Was hoping it was something silly that I had missed , but MS ticket might need opening.

- UpNorthIntuneAug 08, 2024Iron ContributorJust tried again and the device was initially showing as Not Evaluated , so logged into the Intune app and it authenticated me, now the device shows as non compliant 😞 against the default policy, but when I check the device in the portal , the default policy hasn't even applied.
It's a strange one as it only effects devices trying to enrol on new enrolment profiles.
Existing enrolment profiles work fine
