No Reset Option in Company Portal App

Open up your Endpoint Manager admin center, and go to "Tenant Administration" > Customization and under the Configuration, there should be an option that says, 'Hide reset button on corporate Windows devices', my tenant is set to Yes.

- The option is already set to No. The issue seems more random than a tenant level issue, as most of the machines have the option. Only a few that do not.
- I've seen this before, but I was on a different OS, like 1809.. After upgrading to 1909, it started showing up.
