Hy,
1.Try onboarding a new client using either only the EDR policy or only the onboarding script, as running both may cause conflicts.
2.Create a custom compliance policy to resolve issues related to the default policy.
Run the analyzer tool; it should give a good starting point for troubleshooting.
Which licenses are in use?
