Managing corporate devices used by Board Members
Good day,
I am very new into using Intune. The scenario we have is that we will soon be purchasing Pad devices for our company Board Members. The devices will remain as company assets and therefore managed by the company, but will be used by the board members to mostly access Microsoft Teams. What will be the licensing implications for Office 365/ Intune for these board members. Also what would be the best way to configure the devices in Intune. Any help will be most appreciated.

As they are corporate devices, I recommend setting these devices up as supervised - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/enrollment/device-enrollment-program-enroll-ios
This will ensure that you can maintain all policies but give them the freedom to install apps themselves if you want
