managedDevice shutDown Action in Graph Explorer beta gives error "Bad Request" 400

When invoking the shutDown action via Graph Explorer beta the graph explorer returns an error "bad request". Other actions like rebootNow and remoteLock seem to work fine. This has always been working before now suddenly this has stopped working. I have tested this in 2 different tenants.

shutDown is still documented so it should be working :

so shutDown = FAIL

and remoteLock = SUCCESS

Does anybody experiences the same behaviour?
