MacOS SSO Extension stopped working at some point during the last 2 months

Has anyone had the MacOS SSO extension just stop working. It was working fine and then just stopped. There is noe indication in the extension itself that its not working, logs on fine, can change password, can see that i have credentials available. But SSO is not actually working anymore in safari.
