macOS-Compliance Policy-Prompt Set Password

We have deployed a compliance policy for macOS devices for production and it's working fine but suddenly issued prompts to end user after 1 week to set the Password. As per Microsoft docs, Compliance Policy purpose is to define the set of rules and settings that the device should meet to be compliant and as per our understanding compliance policy kind of check and it should allow end users to login on their devices without any notification. At the same time, this unusual behavior forces the End User to set a Password. Any one could guide its kind of bug or new improvement made by Microsfot. Attached is screenshot of compliance setting we done.

It's sad that Microsoft intune is so clumsy
I've just excluded one device from the compliance policy, and I'm prompted to change my password again
And I need to change something in my company's password policy!
What should I do?
- Does this happen with one or all users?
- Initially prompt on 4-5 user devices yesterday. However its kind of weird behaviour, seems like a bug as main role of compliance policy is to make a check on device setting instead of forcing or prompt such notification for password reset.
