“Re-installing the Company Portal app did not install a new copy of the Management Profile or Agent” so what happened when CP was installed?
rahuljindal I moved the company portal to the trash then reinstalled a fresh copy by downloading it from the Microsoft website. When it got reinstalled the user’s profile got auto signed in and everything was like how I left it. The sync took forever and ended up erroring out. There are no items in the profile system settings either.
There is a spot to sign in with a work or school account on the profile page but when I try that it says the account is already being used
