Lost iOS device. Notification when powered back on?

Hello all, 

I am using Intune as our MDM solution. I have an employee whose devices was stolen and i believe that the device was powered off. I have sent the "lost mode" command to the device but it is still pending. Is there a way to use power automate or some other O365/Azure service to send myself some sort of notification next time the device is powered on (and/or attempts to check-in with intune) so i may attempt to collect its location? 

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    I would suggest using Compliance Policy and try to customize policy (like the current device OS is not Compliant)-> Notify via email under Actions->scope it for that device.
