ipad enrollment intune

Question

in school i have 300 ipad&nbsp; and i need to enrollment intunebut the problem is&nbsp; kuwait region not support school Apple Id Manager , also no Bussiness Apple Id manager so i can enroll it ,so if you can give way to enroll it in easy and helpfull way not using company portal&nbsp;thanks
