iOS App Store Wrong Creds User / Portal eXperience

Hi All

Not posted for a while.

Anyway, has anyone experienced iOS App Store Required Installs stuck at "Pending".

Intune shows, Microsoft Outlook Required Install as green / success, but on drilling down, I see a "Pending" status.

I "suspect" incorrect Apple ID creds are being entered but would like to confirm.
