inTune remote location for Android

Does anyone know if there are plans on the inTune roadmap to enable Android devices to be remotely located?  This is something that has worked with iOS for quite some time but for whatever reason has not been entertained for Android.  For this reason we have had to deploy other solutions rather than inTune.
