Intune compliance issues Windows 11 22H2

We have unboxed several new "HP ProBook 450 G9" devices and connected them to MDM with AutoPilot. We installed these devices and they should be marked compliant based on the settings we have applied ...

I checked with the other device. it is nuvoton 7.2.3.0, the task fails but with error code "cannot find file 0x80070002", under Event Manager it fails with errorcode 2147942402. but is still intune compliant and the secure boot and bitlocker values are read correct.

    This seems to be resolved in the March build of Windows 11 21H2. I am unsure when it may have been resolved in 22H2.

    We had this issue starting in January and continuing to February. Microsoft recommendation at the time was to continue to reboot the device until it became compliant. ;(

    We didn't have the same missing cert issue, because we are on different TPM vendor, he found but still experienced the issue and running the scheduled task over and over or restarting would resolve the issue. We had at one point almost 40% of our devices having this issue.

    I have been testing for a client with the G9 models. I did not get 5 devices compliant at the time. (more I did not test) This was 2 months ago. The customer is now getting in patience. I will turn on the laptops tomorrow and take a look what happens. Are their any special steps I need to take to help you? Also haven't heard any from MS Support on my ticket.

    Mmm.. as we ordered some hp probook 450 g9 with that nuvoton tpm 7.2.3.0 in it and we are noticing now that the device becomes compliant without issues

    We still have one device with this issue, we have a couple of steps we have to execute for Microsoft support. But user of this device first has to call us so we can take over the system.

    We are also experiencing delays in compliance that appear to be related to Device Health Certificate provisioning. Has there been any update?
