Hi, with Autopatch reporting, the key is to separate deployment eligibility from reporting freshness.
A few checks I would make:
1. Confirm the devices are assigned to the right Autopatch group/ring.
2. Check whether the 30-day deferral means they are not yet expected to install that update.
3. Compare Autopatch report data with Windows Update for Business reports.
4. Confirm the devices are checking in and sending diagnostic/update telemetry.
5. Give the reports time to refresh after a policy or ring change.
If the devices are correctly deferred, I would expect them to look different from active deployment devices until the deferral window passes.
