Intune Android app - Location permission
Today all of our users received a popup from the Intune app on their Android devices about Location permissions being enabled by admin, is this expected behaviour and if so is this documented? ...

Hi,
I think it is not a good idea.
I suppose Intune app could need to notify something in the future.
Other apps are allowed for localization access and they aren't notifying it all the time.

Microsoft is aware of the issue with the recurring notifications, but they are still investigating this issue.

unfurtunately I still have the same issue. I've just rebooted my smartphone and the issue persist.

The support team contacted me and said that they have rolled back all tenants. I have also confirmed that my Intune app no longer has location permissions. The rollback was originally planned to apply only to requested tenants, but changed to all tenants.

This will be deployed only on demand basis, meaning not for all Tenants but just for the ones that are requesting this.
