Intune - VPN only if not connected to corporate Wifi

I am currently on the way to prepare the environment to migrate about 6k smartphones from an SCCM-Intune-hybrid-environment to Intune-standalone.

Is there a way to configure a VPN-profile in Intune which is only evaluating the connection in case the device is not connected to an (Intune-configured) corporate Wifi?

In SCCM it was possible to check a checkbox which enabled this..

    Select the Automatic VPN blade when creating your profile. When you select On-demand VPN, you can create rules based on specific conditions. This should achieve what you've mentioned.
