Hy,
- No recent deprecation or known major policy change has been announced for Autopilot self-deployment mode as of the last major updates (April and June 2024), except for some improvements and general availability status.
- Make sure the device hardware hash is still valid and the devices are still assigned the correct Autopilot profile in the Intune portal.
- Check the Enrollment Status Page (ESP) and Windows Event Viewer logs for any specific Autopilot or provisioning errors. Event Viewer logs can be found under: Application and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > Provisioning-Diagnostics-Provider > AutoPilot.
- Security or device control policies assigned to device groups in Intune can sometimes interfere with provisioning—ensure that recent changes haven't inadvertently caused deployment failures.
- Raise a support ticket with Microsoft if the problem persists, referencing the broader community impact for troubleshooting prioritization.
Good luck!
