i can't see work side of a COPE phone by USB

Hello everyone, As the title says, when i plug a phone to my PC, i can't see both profile in the folder, i only see the personnal one. I've checked the configuration, which allow it to be seen ...

Hi Grapo667, it seams like you maybe need to install some kind of File Manager in the Work Profile that supports USB OTG. Have you tried that?

Since I don't know your specific case here I don't know if this could be a solution or not. But could you maybe use OneDrive to transfer the files to a computer instead? Or maybe just email them via Outlook?

Hi, thanks for your reply.

The problem here is that smart switch doesn't work for the "work side" of the COPE profile. So instead of using it, i would have used my PC and a USB cable to transfer the picture and all important things. But neither Smart switch works, nor the USB transfer

  Grapo667 have you seen this - https://larsstaal.com/2020/09/29/allow-samsung-smart-switch-with-android-enterprise-fully-managed-devices-on-microsoft-intune/? You need to allow Smart switch to run in Work Profile via an App Configuration policy, so please try that and see if it works for you.
