How to analyse Intune logs
Hello,
I use Intune to manage many laptops remotely.
I regularly get errors installing software and I can't analyse the Device Diagnostics log. The archive contains numerous folders and files and I don't know where to look.
Could you tell me how to analyse Intune logs?
Thanks a lot!

JohnnMZ When you say you get errors installing software, are you referring to Win32 apps you are deploying through Intune?
Assuming that is the case: within the diagnostics archive, you will find a folder called (73) FoldersFiles temp_MDMDiagnostics_mdmlogs-yyyy-mm-dd-hh-mm-ss_cab. Within that folder you will find a .cab file. Within that .cab file you will find a file called AppWorkload.log. That file should contain the information you need to troubleshoot the issue.
