Hide contact phone number on full managed cell device?

Is it possible to hide the numbers of contacts in the phone on a full managed device?  So if they save Customer A as a contact in the contacts list on the phone, or on an email address that the phone is synced to, then they would like to be able to restrict if users can see that person’s number.
