Help Desk Operator Role Unable to view Devices

Hi All

 

Pulling our hair out with this one.

 

We have assigned the builtin Help Desk Operator role with Members and a target Scope however NO devices are listed for the Help Desk Operator.

 

Any ideas on how we can get the Help Desk L1 guys to view the devices?

    SOLVED IT

     

    Added a Dynamic Device group to the Help Desk Operator scope

     

    Devices now appear for L1 Help Desk Operator user role.
