Having trouble with MDM
I am trying to set up a surface pro with a business account. However I got a error saying looks like we can't connect to the URL for your organization's MDM terms of us. Error: invalid_client Erro...
That error usually means the device can’t reach your Intune MDM URL or the user isn’t licensed.
Check that:
- The user has an Intune or M365 E3/E5 license.
- MDM auto-enrollment URLs are set correctly in Intune.
- You’re signing in with the full UPN and have internet during setup.
- No old work account is cached - remove it and try again.
If it still fails, run dsregcmd /status and check whether the device is joined or pending.
