Giving access to local storage in share pc mode

Hi, 

I am currently testing shared PC mode in endpointmanagement and I restricted local storage for students, but I would like to be able for the techs to be able to access the local drive and network storage. We are currently using Azure AD and endpoint management to try and set these up. Any suggestion will be helpful.
