Files tab in outlook app on Android

Hi 

I recently saw a new files tab in de outlook app on Android. 

Our app protection policy allows files and libs on managed apps. But somehow all files in the outlook app are blocked. 
Looks like it is only allowed when you allow local downloads? Is odd, we allow the files to be opened on other apps (office / onedrive)

Any insight on this feature?
