Error when setting up Onedrive in Intune using Settings Catalog

We are using Intune to manage Azure AD devices ard are running into issues when trying to use the settings catalog to setup a few Onedrive requirements. For example: Silent sign in, Known folder redirection, etc....
The OS that we were testing on is Windows 11 22H2 (22621.1413) Enterprise.
We make use of the Settings Catalog because we use policy sets and admin templates are not supported in policy sets.

In Intune admin center we see that the configuration profile is failing with error code 65000 and error type 2.

Looking in the event viewer DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostics Event log we can see several 404 eventIDs regarding CSP URI that can't be found and are related to Onedrive.

The onedrive application is built-in to Windows 11, no need for me to deploy the app using intune.

Anyone have a clue whats going on here, or how to fix this?
