Hi KaHoe,
you can try the following steps:
- Check the EPM agent log for errors.
- Manually sync the EPM agent.
- Restart the EPM agent service.
- Redeploy the EPM policies.
- Make sure that the policies are assigned to the correct device or user group.
- Make sure that the policies are published.
- Check the device's network connectivity.
- Make sure that the EPM agent is up to date.
- Make sure that the EPM agent is configured to use the correct Intune service URL.
- Try restarting the device.
