Duplicate entries after renaming Autopilot machines- hybrid domain join..

We are using Hybrid Domain join during Autopilot and renaming the machine with SCCM Task Sequence after the Autopilot completes. And now we see two records one is managed by the old name while Autopilot initiated and co-managed. The other entries show managed by ConfigMgr. Even though we run manual sync the device name never gets updated- any help?

- Stay calm and take Entra reporting with a grain of salt and cleanup stale devices and move on with life
