Disable MMS on Android and iOS devices

Hi there,

How can I go about disabling users on android and iOS devices from being able to send MMS messages? I would prefer they had no way to turn it back on. One idea I had is somehow disabling the MMS APN on android devices, but not sure how I can go about this through Intune.
