Device not checking in into intune
Hi,
there is one device with checkin state of 12/12/24. It is in daily use. Hit the sync button, but no change.
Any ideas how to troubleshoot that?

Hi,
we had simila problems with some devices, with different problems:- User used not our company account
- We used dsregcmd /leave and dsregcmd /join to reconnect
- Hybrid Joined Devices - Problems with Computer Account Password
Deleted OnPrem Computer Account, Created a new Account - Problem with Tasks Scheduling - Microsoft - Windows - Workplace Join - DeviceSync
Check Device with Company Portal. Maybe it is not compliant anymore.

You could try checking the tasks under Task Scheduling/Microsoft/Intune and look for the Intune Management Extension Cert and Health Evaluation status, or maybe the IME service itself is stoped.

Is it user enrolled or otherwise? It is either missing the auth token or the MDM certificate has gone bad.
