Device not checking in into intune
Hi, there is one device with checkin state of 12/12/24. It is in daily use. Hit the sync button, but no change. Any ideas how to troubleshoot that?

Hi,
we had simila problems with some devices, with different problems:
- User used not our company account
- We used dsregcmd /leave and dsregcmd /join to reconnect
- Hybrid Joined Devices - Problems with Computer Account Password
Deleted OnPrem Computer Account, Created a new Account - Problem with Tasks Scheduling - Microsoft - Windows - Workplace Join - DeviceSync
Check Device with Company Portal. Maybe it is not compliant anymore.
