Device Configuration Policy is taking hours to get applied

We are using Intune as the MDM solution for apple DEP devices. After successful enrollment into Intune, Device Configuration policy is not getting applied even after 2 or 3 hours. Is it a normal behavior in Intune? We use other MDM solution as well where we don't have any delays.

    Agree Turqay, shouldn’t take too long especially with IOS. Click on the device and check Config profiles tab to see the status if applied.

    Hi Cebin!

    Have you tried to sync the devices? Normally it should be applied pretty quickly.
