Device Category - OK button greyed out

UpNorthIntune - I have a workaround if you are an Intune admin.
When you get to the intune registering screen on the device,
go to Intune.microsoft.com and then find the device via IMEI.
Set the device category
Within a few minutes, the device retrieves the device category and you can continue with the setup.

I will give that a try.I enrolled a device this morning and it worked.
The devices with the issue are using Samsung Knox enrolment.
Hopefully, your method is a good work around.

I have the same issue with New Android 15 Devices.

Can confirm this is still an issue and appears to be affecting all Android 15 devices we are buying and or resetting and attempting to enroll. Manually waiting for the device to register and adding the correct category via intune admin, then resetting the device allows it to progress.
But its unworkable in an enterprise environment and needs a fix ASAP

I have used the assigning device category manually via the Intune Portal and then the device continues as suggested.
Also deleted the device from Intune, sometimes multiple entries for the device and got the user to re-enrol the device,
So far these methods are working as a temp workaround.
Support tickets are coming to myself, so the issue persists.
