Deploy LaunchIE.exe via Intune

Hi All   Would anyone have any ideas on how to deploy this via Intune?   https://github.com/LesFerch/LaunchIE   Info appreciated.

This is excellent info.

Could you elaborate on " together with PSAppDeployToolkit and in that same script create the weblinks" as I've never used PSAppDeployToolkit before.
