Custom Role - Add Managed Google Play Store Apps

Hello,

I am attempting to create a custom role that will give some of my techs the ability to manage a certain subset of devices. I am getting tripped up on allowing this role the ability to add apps from the Managed Google Play Store. How can I delegate this privilege? I have all of the "Managed Apps" privileges assigned (Assign, Create, Delete, Read, Update, Wipe) but this doesn't give a user in this role access to the Managed Google Play Store. I have this working for all Intune Administrators, but I would like this role to only have a small subset of permissions.
