Corporate owned work profile Android - Cannot access photo

Question

Hello,We are in the process of distributing smartphones to all our employees and currently have around 200 samsung onboarded with a corporate owned work profile.However, we have the problem that our employees have to take a lot of photos for work purposes. They use the “Camera” and “Galery” applications in the professional profile.However, these images must then be accessible via their computer, except that when the phone is plugged in, the entire professional section is inaccessible --&gt; can understand that point.How do I access the photos in the Professional profile ? We're talking about hundreds of photos, they can't be transferred by email and we don't have onedrive yet.Do we have a solution here ?

Hi,Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, my configuration profile doesn't contain any "Block" action so I assume it is blocked by design. That's why I'd like to find a workaround as I can't be the only one facing this issue...Greetings

You have the USB File transfer disabled in one of your Configuration Profiles, I guess?&nbsp;

If your users have OneDrive they could manually setup Camera Upload while you look for additional solutions&nbsp;

Has there been any further discovery on this?&nbsp; We're having the same problem.&nbsp; It seems very difficult to use the camera on a corporate-owned with work profile android device for work purposes.&nbsp; Thanks.
