Configuration profile and policy assignment Intune
Hello,
I need help understanding configuration profile assignment to user group if any user (member of user group) is neither "primary user" nor "enrolled by" user as per Intune property. In this scenario, if user login to device then will policy settings apply to that user after his successful login? Does it matter whether or not if logged in user is primary user and/or enrolled by user for policy settings to be applied?
Kindly answer and explain.
- No. If assigned to users, those settings just follow the user around when they log into a workstation. Doesn't matter if the user is not the primary user.
- Kindly confirm that it also doesn't matter if logged in user is different from the user who actually enrolled the devices. I mean settings will also follow and apply to logged in user in this scenario as well.
