Can not change incoming email notification sounds on Outlook for android Work Profile

kocsisbaktiruben Hi, have you tried clearing the app cache yet? Sometimes, this can fix bugs or similar problems. To do this, go to Settings > App, select Outlook (in the work profile section), tap on Storage and Cache, and then click on Empty Cache (be careful not to select “Clear Data,” as it may log you out). Also, have you checked to see if the Outlook app is up to date? Sometimes, bugs are fixed in newer versions. If it is already updated, you might try reinstalling it to see if that fixes the problem.
