AutoPilot Profile ???
If calling the wait time for profile assignment in the process is not an option, then either don’t allow the real time uploading by restricting permissions or put it in the process to upload before starting OOBE.
Hi Buddy
Can you elaborate on:
- "don’t allow the real time uploading by restricting permissions"
- "put it in the process to upload before starting OOBE"

- "don’t allow the real time uploading by restricting permissions" - You can control the upload by managing access against the Microsoft Intune Powershell Enterprise App or control it through Conditional Access.
- "put it in the process to upload before starting OOBE" - Have the engineers export and import the HardwareHashID outside the provisioning process. The easiest way would be to work out a process with your vendor to upload the hashids directly into your tenant before the devices are shipped out.

Hi buddy
Yes I kind of suspected that what you meant on both points.
- Unfortunately we do NOT want to restrict our technician's from uploading the Hardware Hash as it is them who do the PC setups
- The Hardware Hashes are put in Intune at PC setup. We did ask our supplier if these could be somehow put into AP but they wanted to charge for this and being a Charity org this was NOT an option

Then I am afraid it is going to be a manual ask for the engineers to wait for 15-20 minutes after uploading the hash until the profile gets assigned.

Hy Stuart,
From your description, this is not a problem, but rather an unaware of Provisionig.
I think rahujindal means that you should have uploaded your hashes offline or directly from your merchant to avoid this.
Have you tested AP v2 yet?
Good luck!

"but rather an unaware of Provisionig"
I do agree, but if they are "unaware" which I do believe they are, then mistakes happen which I'm trying to stop.
