Which OS version and build are you working with?

rahuljindal We are using Windows 11 Enterprise 10.0.22631 build 22631 but the same issue is present on Windows 10 22h2
- rahuljindalJan 12, 2024Bronze ContributorCan you share the patch level as well? In addition to what @rudy suggested, have you tried other provisioning methods like user provisioning on the corporate LAN? Pre-provisioning utilises various other checks and features that require traffic to be allowed through FW\Proxy.
- JordanNewtonJan 12, 2024Copper ContributorThanks for your help, We have tried this on our standard Corporate LAN which doesn't work as it enforces Zscaler traffic on that network also on a separate VLAN which in theory is unrestricted for all 80 and 443 traffic the only difference we can see between the corporate network and a personal one is the DNS which is set to 1.0.0.3 which is Cloudflare's anti-malware/adult content filtering DNS. The part we aren't sure about is whether we need to enable any other protocols on the network
