Auto replies feature and contacts save not available in Outlook mobile for iOS
Hello everybody,
We have an Exchange hybrid environment and use the Outlook mobile app on our iOS devices.
We don't even see the Save Contacts button. However, if we connect a pure Exchange online mailbox or a local mailbox via Active Sync, the button is displayed.
The automatic replies function can be set on the mobile device, but the settings have no effect. So the employees think they turn on the automatic replies, but in fact this setting is not synchronized with the mailbox.
Are there other users with a hybrid environment who have the same problems?

Hello AlenaKreitinger
Have you configured outlook App configuration policy?
you can turn on ''Save Contacts'' and ''Allow user to change settings'' if it passes your use case- AlenaKreitingerCopper ContributorThanks for your answer!
In the meantime, however, I was able to solve the problem myself - it was the app protection policy.
However, the auto replies are still not working. Maybe you have a tip for me here?
If the account has already been migrated to Exchange online, the automatic replies settings will be carried over. However, if it is a hybrid account, you can set the automatic replies in the Outlook app for iOS. However, if you log into Outlook Web later, you will see that these settings are not synchronized.
