Audit Logs for Compliance Policy and Configuration Profile
Is there a way to see in Intune why a particular device (say an iPhone) got a particular policy or configuration? I am trying to find out why certain users are getting the wrong policy and profile
when everything points to them getting the right policy or profile. Sort of like some audit log or debug thing.
If you go in the Intune portal to > Troubleshoot + support > Troubleshoot you can search on a username and find information about configs, apps etc relevant to the user. It is nicely formatted so I think you are able to find what you need. If this is not the case, maybe you can construct a Powershell command to query the Graph and get some custom results. If you need help with that, we need to know more specific what you try to achieve.
