Audit Logs for Compliance Policy and Configuration Profile
Is there a way to see in Intune why a particular device (say an iPhone) got a particular policy or configuration? I am trying to find out why certain users are getting the wrong policy and profile ...
If you go in the Intune portal to > Troubleshoot + support > Troubleshoot you can search on a username and find information about configs, apps etc relevant to the user. It is nicely formatted so I think you are able to find what you need. If this is not the case, maybe you can construct a Powershell command to query the Graph and get some custom results. If you need help with that, we need to know more specific what you try to achieve.
